Funding application package
The funding application package will assist your organisation to determine the eligibility of both your group and project to apply for a grant. This package contains the funding guidelines and a pull out application form including instructions to assist applicants through the application process. To apply for a JCCBF grant, you will need to submit this application form. It is strongly recommended that organisations intending to apply, take the time to thoroughly read through the funding guidelines prior to completing the application form.
In the past groups have submitted applications without reading the funding guidelines resulting in their application being returned to them as their organisation or proposed project did not meet the funding criteria.
The current funding guidelines and application form are effective from-'June 2005'.Please click on the June 2005 link to download.

- application forms that have been modified in anyway will be returned to your organisation for resubmission on the correct form and
- periodically, changes are made to the Guidelines and Application Form. By accessing the application package from this site, applicants can be ensured that they are using the most current form available.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SHEETS - RURAL FIRE BRIGADES & LOCAL AMBULANCE COMMITTEES
If your organisation is a Rural Fire Brigade or Local Ambulance Committee, additional information sheets are available to assist you in preparing your application to the JCCBF as applications from these groups must now be submitted through the relevant head office.
