Acknowledging grants

Your organisation must acknowledge the financial support received from the Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund (JCCBF).  In acknowledging this support, your organisation is helping us to increase community awareness of the benefits provided by JCCBF grants.

Projects funded solely by the Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund

For projects where the JCCBF is the only funding body to provide funds for the project, you must use the ‘funded-by’ logo in a prominent position on all printed material or signage associated with the project or organisation.  The ‘funded-by’ is shown below.

You are also required to include the following statement on all printed material, using the full name of the Fund:

‘(Name of organisation) appreciates the generous support of the Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund for/towards (the project)’.

Projects funded in partnership with other bodies

If your project has received funds from a number of different funding sources you are still required to acknowledge the funding your organisation has received from the JCCBF.  This acknowledgement must be in proportion to the acknowledgement of funding received from the other funding sources.  For instance, if the JCCBF provided the majority of funds, its acknowledgment should receive priority over the other organisations. 

The JCCBF requests you use the following sentence when acknowledging funds provided for a partly-funded project:

 

The  (project)…. was supported by the Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund

                       

How do I use the JCCBF funded by logo?

Organisations funded for a project are required to display the Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund funded by logo on:

• all printed material associated with the project, such as:
• annual reports
• newsletters
• brochures
• posters
• multimedia material including: videos and interactive CDROMS
• websites (a link should be placed to the home page of the Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund website www.jccbf.org.au (acknowledgement on the site for 12 month period)
• constructions, extensions, refurbishment, fit-out/upgrade premises
• vehicles, trailers, vans
• signage
• advertisements and
• signage at event or launch activities. 

How do I acknowledge funding by the Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund on small equipment?

The Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund will provide you with a label for all the following equipment:

• computer equipment
• electrical equipment
• emergency/medical equipment
• musical instruments (on cases)
• radio/transmitting equipment
• whitegoods 

If you are using an external provider to reproduce the logo, ensure they read the JCCBF ‘Styleguide’ for using the Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund logo.  Signwriters must read the ‘Styleguide’ on the logo use as they need this information to quote on your sign.  Download this 'Styleguide'
